I just wish to take this opportunity to convey to you how very pleased we were with our meeting with you and with the caregivers you sent for our mother. Both Lisa and Sita were personable, helpful, intuitive, kind, proactive and worked well with the Gerinet hospice group. I would say that they are each extraordinary! (and we had our bad experiences with people send by other agencies previously). Both Lisa and Sita knew when to give us our space. After I cooked various meals, somehow the kitchen would be magically all cleaned up the next time I went in. But most of all, they were so loving towards us and our mother.
There are no words to express our appreciation for their care and concern and dedication to the end. Please convey to both of them that they made this life transition so much easier and that we feel so blessed to have had them in our lives for this short while. And surely our departed mother would say the same, if she could tell them.
This was not an easy time for any of us; but all of you made it a better time! I cannot thank you enough!
