I just wish to take this opportunity to convey to you how very pleased we were with our meeting with you and with the caregivers you sent for our mother. Both Lisa and Sita were personable, helpful, intuitive, kind, proactive and worked well with the Gerinet hospice group. I would say that they are each extraordinary! (and we had our bad experiences with people send by other agencies previously). Both Lisa and Sita knew when to give us our space. After I cooked various meals, somehow the kitchen would be magically all cleaned up the next time I went in. But most of all, they were so loving towards us and our mother.
There are no words to express our appreciation for their care and concern and dedication to the end. Please convey to both of them that they made this life transition so much easier and that we feel so blessed to have had them in our lives for this short while. And surely our departed mother would say the same, if she could tell them.
This was not an easy time for any of us; but all of you made it a better time! I cannot thank you enough!
Happy New Year to your family and staff. IN July 2009 we were in need of a caregiver for your mother. When I called your company with many questions Heather and Velia were positive and knowledgeable about the company’s services. And when we had an interview with you, we sensed we were on the right path for the care of our mother Barbara.
Connie was our first experience with any caregiver in our home and she was very professional, competent and caring. As it got harder for Barbara to walk or be stable on her feet. Tanya Alvarez came and provided the same quality care as Connie until the hospice team took over. Our children got to witness caregivers in positive action too. On behalf of our entire family we want to thank everyone at Better Living Homecare Services for their excellent service and care.
Thank you, dear Sita, for loving care of our Mother, Martha, during her final three days with us. You lifted us with your cheerful spirit and your constant care of her and your kindness towards us. You helped her spirit move on peacefully. You brought warmth to the room. We love you forever!
I want to thank you and your home service caregivers for the care given to my husband, Tom. Your choice of caregivers provided me the help Tom and I needed. They were skilled reliable and comfortable to have in our home. I trusted them with Tom’s care and to help relieve my stress.
Arlene was really wonderful with Tom and I, loved having her around. She always knew what was needed, was a self-starter for whatever needed to be done and had a wonderful personality.
Clement came to us and proved to be just what you said he would be. Strong, caring, always focused on Tom’s care. My two daughters and I relied on him and watched him work with Hospice personnel and his gentle care of Tom’s family.
Thank you again for your service. We could not have gotten through Tom’s illness without you.
I wanted to write and let you know how pleased we (my mom and I) were with Candace. Thank you for assigning her to look after my mother. She did a great job. She was reliable. She was trustworthy. I would readily recommend Candace for this job again.

On behalf of my parents and the rest of our family thank you. I apologize for the delay in writing this letter to you. You were requested to do a very difficult job starting at the end of November 2010 of caring for my Mom, while putting up with my father who was not as cooperative as everyone would have wished. In fact he was very, very difficult and made your daily work even harder. They are both very private people and it has been a difficult adjustment in their lives having care-givers in their home.
You did an excellent job given these circumstances and the resistance you encountered, of helping them both, and we are all very appreciative of your efforts! Thank you for your perseverance.
You are a very kind, giving person and the world would be a much better place if there were Imeldas to serve as examples! Please know that all three of Shirley and Leon’s kids and their spouses are very grateful that you were willing to assist us during this difficult transitions their lives by making their life a little more comfortable.
We all hope that you now have more agreeable clients and that your work is much easier.
We all wish you the very best in your life. Thank you again for your assistance and support.
Thanks again for Batina’s work — she is a superior caregiver, going above and beyond the call of duty in many ways and geniunely being concerned about my mother’s health and welfare. You can use me as a reference for your services if you would like as long potential clients contact me via this e-mail address and not by phone.
Better Living HomeCare takes care of my mother. The caregiver is first rate and a big help to us as well as Mom.

I wanted to thank you very much for your concern about having someone there for Mom. We all really appreciated you going to their house Friday, and how you were trying to find the best fit with our family. It means a lot. Just FYI, Dad seems to love Colleen and said Mom got along well with her too. I’m looking forward to meeting her.

I needed someone to help take care of my father while recuperating from physical problems and Better Living HomeCare was recommended by our Home Health Agency. They came over and we set up a schedule to help overnights for a while and now it is for a few hours in the morning and evening to make sure he is getting his meds and meals. They all have been so helpful and great. Always on time, friendly and asking what they can do to help. They even took Dad to the hospital for me when I was sick and couldn’t do it.

I am very thankful and satisfied with the excellent care of the caregivers, nurses and physical therapists. If I should have another need for HomeCare I would choose Better Living Homecare. I have no complaints, all the caregivers had positive attitudes and professional care.
